What's Included
Every contract is built around your building, but most office cleans in London cover the following as standard.
Workstations & communal areas
Desks wiped and sanitised, monitors and phones dusted, bins emptied and relined, floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped, glass partitions and internal doors spot-cleaned.
Kitchens & breakout spaces
Worktops, sinks and taps sanitised, appliance exteriors wiped, microwaves cleaned inside, fridges cleared and cleaned to schedule, bins emptied, floors mopped.
Washrooms
Toilets, urinals, sinks and mirrors cleaned and disinfected, high-touch surfaces sanitised, consumables restocked, floors mopped, waste removed.
Periodic work — carpet cleaning, internal windows, high-level dusting — can be built into your schedule or booked as needed.
You get the same cleaner on the same schedule. They learn your building — which meeting room always needs turning around, which bin fills fastest, where the stock cupboard is — and that consistency is what separates a clean office from one that only looks clean on the days someone checks.
Every cleaner is DBS checked and COSHH trained before they set foot in a client's building, and we carry £2m public liability cover. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we arrange cover rather than skipping the visit.
We work across central London and the surrounding boroughs, on flexible contracts with no lengthy notice periods.
