What's Included
Every property is different, but most end of tenancy cleans in London cover the following as standard.
Kitchen
Oven, hob and extractor degreased, fridge and freezer cleaned inside and out, cupboards and drawers wiped inside and out, sink and taps descaled, tiles and worktops cleaned, floors mopped.
Bedrooms & living areas
Skirting boards, doors, frames and switches wiped, radiators and sills cleaned, wardrobes and drawers cleaned inside, cobwebs removed, internal windows cleaned, carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped.
Bathrooms
Toilet, bath, shower and basin deep-cleaned and descaled, tiles and grout scrubbed, mirrors and glass polished, extractor fans dusted, cabinets cleaned inside, floors mopped.
Extras such as carpet steam cleaning, upholstery, balconies and external windows can be added to your booking.
End of tenancy cleaning is judged in one place: the checkout inspection. We clean to the standard inventory clerks and letting agents check against, the inside of the oven, the limescale on the taps, the dust on top of the wardrobe, so there are no surprises when the report comes back.
