What's Included
Every property is set up differently, but most Airbnb turnovers in London cover the following as standard.
Kitchen
Worktops, hob and appliances wiped, dishes washed and put away, fridge cleared of guest leftovers, sink and taps cleaned, bins emptied and relined, floors mopped.
Bedrooms & living areas
Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen, surfaces dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped, cushions and throws straightened, rubbish removed, and the property reset to your listing photos.
Bathrooms
Toilet, shower, bath and basin cleaned and disinfected, mirrors and glass polished, fresh towels laid out, toiletries restocked, hair and limescale removed, floors mopped.
Deep cleans, oven cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning can be scheduled between bookings or arranged as needed.
Reviews live or die on cleanliness. We assign a regular cleaner who learns your property, from where the spare linen lives to how the living room should look for check-in, so every guest walks into the same standard.
Every cleaner is DBS checked and COSHH trained before they enter a property, and we carry £2m public liability cover. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we arrange cover so no turnover is missed.
